If there’s one thing I’ve learned as a therapist, it’s that change begins with awareness and awareness starts with reflection.

That’s what this space is for.

Here, I’ll share thoughts, tools, and reflections to help you navigate the currents of daily life, the ones within us (our emotions, stress, and stories) and the ones between us (our relationships, families, and communities).

Some posts will be practical: ways to communicate more clearly, manage anxiety, or reconnect after conflict. Others might be more reflective: lessons from experience, insights from relational life therapy, or honest conversations about what it means to grow, love, and stay steady in an unsteady world.

I hope this can be more than a place for information, but a place to find meaning.
